Delivery Information

Deliveries:

After placing your order it is received at the store where a specially trained IGA 'shopper' selects your items, totals them, and prepares them for delivery. Deliveries are made Monday through to Friday between 1.00pm and 5.00pm. Same day service is available if we receive your order by 12.00 pm. There is no delivery service on weekends.

Shopper Service Pick-Up Orders:

Orders may also be picked up at the store, prior to 8.00pm for orders received prior to 12.00 pm or the following day for orders received after 12.00 pm.

IGA Customer Service:

In the event that you experience any difficulty with your order, call 9757 3733 within 24 hours of your delivery. Our trained, courteous and professional staff will assist you in resolving your problem. If you are unsatisfied with any of the products you receive, you may exchange the product for an on the spot credit that applies to your next order, or return the product within reasonable time to the store for a full refund. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm. Please have your order number and register receipt handy when you call.

Service Fees:

Full service - shopper service charge of 6% and delivery charge

Note: all prices are inclusive of GST.

Payment Options:

You may pay for your groceries by cash on delivery, personal cheque (by arrangement) or major credit cards. For order pickup, payment may also be made by EFTPOS.

Additional Details

Prices:

We strive to keep our on-line prices as up-to-date as possible. The actual prices charged are current store prices, that ring up on the cash register as we put your order through. On occasion specials may change and items may sell out.

Substitutions:

Occasionally, something you order may be out of stock. Let us know if it is okay to substitute with another size or comparable brand. You can also give us suggestions on each item if you like.
